True Confession

I only recognize 13 names on Time Magazine's list of the 25 Most Influential Evangelicals in America. (I guess I'd better read the article and find out who the rest of them are.) But I do know that at least two of these evangelicals are Catholics.

That list should be taken with a grain of salt. But to think that Joyce Meyer and Ted Haggard are more influential than Al Mohler and Ravi Zacharias is downright terrifying.

I wonder if father Richard John Neuhaus was surprised to find out that he's an evangelical. He's an evangelical Catholic, I suppose, but I'm not sure that makes him an evangelical as most think of the term. And, really, is Joyce Meyer really more influential than Kay Arthur? Anybody ever heard of inductive Bible study?
