Tonight, I&#8217;m reading.<\/p>\n<p>I did have a quick remark, which may or may not spur discussion. It seems to me Congress is becoming less and less influential? But is that because the Federal government in general is gaining power and that Congress is not doing so as quickly as the other branches so it only <em>appears<\/em> to be losing in influence? Rome as we all know had its Legislative body subsumed by the Executive.
