Good morning. In a blog post title that I didn’t link, “Obama opposes permanent tax cuts for the wealthy” … I was confused by what the word ‘permanent’ might mean in that context. Permanent if it has any meaning at all really shouldn’t mean, until any given Congress decides to repeal it. <\/p>\n
