Why? &#8230; <\/li>\n<li>Well, a good insight <a href=\"http:\/\/ordinary-gentlemen.com\/blog\/2011\/01\/11\/space-oddity\/\" target=\"_blank\">into why<\/a> can be found quite explicitly here.<\/li>\n<li>For causes leading to violence, why has the left echo chamber jumped for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.firstthings.com\/blogs\/firstthoughts\/2011\/01\/11\/murder-and-political-rhetoric\/\" target=\"_blank\">rhetoric and not something<\/a> like this? Perhaps it wasn&#8217;t self-serving enough?<\/li>\n<li>Speaking of that echo chamber.
