Apparently, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/blogs\/right-turn\/post\/how-did-obamacare-get-so-screwed-up\/2011\/03\/29\/AGtI3heH_blog.html\" target=\"_blank\">some surprises<\/a> are buried in there.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>President Barack Obama\u2019s health care law would let several million middle-class people get nearly free insurance meant for the poor, a twist government number crunchers say they discovered only after the complex bill was signed.<\/p>\n<p>The change would affect early retirees: A married couple could have an annual income of about $64,000 and still get Medicaid, said officials who make long-range cost estimates for the Health and Human Services department.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Whenever there is a budget shortfall, taxes are <em>always<\/em> on the table.
