This\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/volokh.com\/2012\/03\/30\/the-problem-of-science-mismatch\/\" target=\"_blank\">is not unrelated<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>So, would\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/backreaction.blogspot.com\/2012\/04\/computer-scientists-develop-software.html\" target=\"_blank\">you vote for HAL<\/a>?<\/li>\n<li>So, bloggers\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/althouse.blogspot.com\/2012\/03\/esquires-blogger-charles-p-pierce.html\" target=\"_blank\">don&#8217;t write their own headlines<\/a>? Hmmm.<\/li>\n<li>Noting that the right has &#8220;always&#8221;\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/rwcg.wordpress.com\/2012\/03\/31\/bad-strategy\/\" target=\"_blank\">supported the individual mandate<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>The legal elites\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/volokh.com\/2012\/03\/31\/legal-elites-and-strategic-behavior\/\" target=\"_blank\">and the Obamacare case<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Arizona walking\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/volokh.com\/2012\/03\/31\/a-crime-to-use-any-electronic-or-digital-device-and-use-any-obscene-lewd-or-profane-language-with-intent-to-offend\/\" target=\"_blank\">off the Constitutional reservation<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Well, no April Fools jokes here, sorry, I&#8217;m too much the fool the other 365 days of the year to fall for that.
