  5. The flawed argument against torture is that it doesn’t work. Here’s\u00a0another failure of consequentialism<\/a>. The reason it’s a bad idea is not because it doesn’t work.<\/li>\n
  6. Liking gridlock (stopping athwart progress saying stop) is\u00a0a conservative thing I suspect<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  7. Potato famine as laisseze faire … is\u00a0just plain bad history<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  8. Hmm, I’d say the\u00a0description fits just about everybody<\/a> of any party affiliation in the beltway.<\/li>\n
