The libertarian argument gets better every day.<\/li>\n<li>The President feels the fetus is guilty &#8230; (of what?)\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.creativeminorityreport.com\/2014\/02\/obama-says-killing-innocent-ultimate.html\" target=\"_blank\">or something like that<\/a>. Just remember, liberals like Rawls at least pay lip sevice to it, but just don&#8217;t pay attention to the consequences.<\/li>\n<li>The Boston bomber\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/ricochet.com\/main-feed\/Punish-Massachusetts-Why-Tsarnaev-Should-Have-Been-Spared-the-Death-Penalty\" target=\"_blank\">and penalty<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Obamacare and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.nationalreview.com\/agenda\/370528\/obamacare-more-working-class-trap-poverty-trap-patrick-brennan\" target=\"_blank\">economic consequences<\/a>. More on the same &#8230; attack a straw man is one\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/themoderatevoice.com\/191404\/reality-distortion-at-its-finest\/\" target=\"_blank\">strategy in Obamacare defense<\/a>\u00a0(apparently someone doesn&#8217;t realize that if you stop working to pay for your medical care and instead stop working and let taxes (other peoples money) to handle it &#8230; that&#8217;s not a net gain for the country).<\/li>\n<li>And one\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/rwcg.wordpress.com\/2014\/02\/06\/drum-someone-said-a-bad-thing-about-obamacare-and-i-dont-like-that\/\" target=\"_blank\">more &#8220;how not to defend&#8221; Obamacare<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>A book\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/news\/volokh-conspiracy\/wp\/2014\/02\/06\/horatio-hornblower-with-dragons\/\" target=\"_blank\">suggested<\/a>. I picked up the first one, as I&#8217;ll be on the road starting tomorrow night until Thursday night.<\/li>\n<li>Or you could just figure out it&#8217;s\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/lifehacker.com\/how-to-pay-expensive-vet-bills-without-going-broke-1517695815\" target=\"_blank\">just a cat or a dog<\/a>, and get a new one.<\/li>\n<li>Hello? The surprise would be\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.theverge.com\/2014\/2\/6\/5386354\/senate-report-says-government-failing-at-cybersecurity\" target=\"_blank\">the government doing it well<\/a>. Duh.<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;more likely to seek treatment&#8221; &#8230;\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.weeklystandard.com\/blogs\/you-have-right-enroll-obamacare_778779.html\" target=\"_blank\">that would be on planet liberal-pipe-dreams-come-true<\/a>. Back on this world, the mentally ill rarely seek treatment voluntarily because they are, wait for it &#8230;, mentally ill. This can be put along side of the &#8220;those without insurance don&#8217;t have it because they can&#8217;t afford it (as opposed don&#8217;t really want it and want to spend their money elsewhere).<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/dsadevil.blogspot.com\/2014\/02\/cant-stop-censorship-train.html\" target=\"_blank\">Self parody<\/a>. In which the poster notes in his second part &#8220;one of those annoying columns that comes so close to making an important point, only to swerve away into inanity&#8221; and then in his response, does exactly that. Examine for example, &#8221;\u00a0Ironically, government is far, far better at this &#8212; by maintaining a monopoly on sanction, they can make punishments more precise and ultimately more just&#8221; &#8230; in the context of the IRS &#8220;justly&#8221; decided to single out one parties groups for antagonistic vetting at the prompting of the President.<\/li>\n<li>In which &#8220;strange&#8221;\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.sciencedaily.com\/releases\/2014\/02\/140205103701.htm\" target=\"_blank\">probably means &#8220;kinda neat&#8221;<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.theverge.com\/2014\/2\/6\/5385674\/senator-al-franken-raises-concerns-over-google-glass-facial-recognition-app\" target=\"_blank\">And the problem is<\/a>\u00a0&#8230; likely that the NSA doesn&#8217;t have the data but ordinary people do. Ordinary people, on might note, having such information is less problematic than the government.<\/li>\n<li>Quantity\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/keithburgess-jackson.typepad.com\/blog\/2014\/02\/robert-charles-marsh-on-academia.html\" target=\"_blank\">and quality<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Trust\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/krebsonsecurity.com\/2014\/02\/target-hackers-broke-in-via-hvac-company\/\" target=\"_blank\">and vendors<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.weeklystandard.com\/blogs\/cbo-obamacare-s-10-year-costs-will-now-eclipse-2-trillion_778723.html\" target=\"_blank\">Don&#8217;t worry<\/a>, wait 2 more years and the expected costs will double again, &#8230; why not worry? Well, it was all part of the original &#8220;cunning plan.&#8221; All part of the &#8220;Obama = BlackAdder&#8221; (with Biden as Baldrick) theme.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/althouse.blogspot.com\/2014\/02\/listen-elizabeth-this-is-president.html\" target=\"_blank\">Scurillous for whom<\/a>?
