The Right and Terrorists… Common Methods?
Can we get past this sort of communication style, or lack thereof?

Look, I link things for a lot of reasons, and not everything I link I agree with. Reasons I link include: those things which I find interesting, which are provocative, which are funny, and are helpful.
It appears I provoked you. Alas, that is on the list and will remain on the list.
If however, you object to the post linked … comment on their blog. Start a discussion. Engage.
Provoked me? No. I just tire of this ridiculous demonizing of the Other. If you want to write an article making the claim that those on the Left are flirting with socialism (they aren’t, for the most part), then make that case. But there’s no need to make the case by saying they have goals in common with terrorists.
It’s that sort of divisiveness that is undoing our nation and world. We need to be able to engage in communication without obfuscation or demonization.
