In 1993, the first attempt to bring down the World Trade Center occurred. In our complacency we could not conceive of the successful attempt, until it came to fruition.
Complacency equals Jeff Cooper’s Condition White, being unaware and unprepared.
Do not forget, and do not be complacent.

Any reason the flag’s backwards? It’s typically seen in bad form to have a backwards flag . . .
How do you mean backwards? The blue star field is against the flagpole, which is proper. You can’t typically ensure wind direction. 🙂
In a procession, this is the proper display of the U.S. flag. This was a stationary flagpole, however, and I happened to take the photo from a location that emphasized the sunlight coming through the flag.
